2. Description of Service
DiamondEdge is a sports analysis subscription service that provides statistical modeling and data-driven commentary on Major League Baseball games. The Service is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute betting or gambling advice.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid access is offered as a Day Pass (one-time payment), Monthly subscription, or Full Season subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or share your account or any paid content with others. Automated access, scraping, or reverse engineering of the Service is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
DiamondEdge is provided "as is." We make no guarantees as to the accuracy or usefulness of our analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
